And a Happy New Year

The Eichlers rang in the new year with a great friend, Amy O'Connor!

One day in December she called just to check in, and I had a few stories to tell . . . needless to say she booked a ticket for SF a few days later.  We had a great (maybe a little too much fun) New Year's Night/ weekend.  Thank you Amy for the visit.  It was much needed!!

Merry Christmas

This was only the second year that Aaron and I were not able to make it to the midwest for Christmas, so my Mom came to us.  It was so great to spend time with her.  We did traditional Mowers fondue on Christmas Eve and opened presents in ten minutes because Megan needed her z's.  We drove up to Tahoe the next morning.  Mom watched Megan for an afternoon while we snowboarded.  We had a great time!
